Ajaya Budhathoki
For the past 13 years, Ajaya has worked as Corporate Lawyer providing holistic legal services to the top tier companies. His expertise in Commercial Law, Intellectual property law, International Trade Law, and Labor law have been instrumental to businesses. He has experience of working in-house in corporate as well as in law firms dedicated to supporting business houses.
He has a strong academic foundation with an LLM degree in International Trade Law and Commercial Law from Nepal Law Campus. Likewise, he has completed his undergraduate degree of five years in Bachelors of Law from National Law College.
With an appetite for extra curricular activities and learning beyond books, he has completed his summer school on Human Rights and Business Law from Luzern University, Switzerland. In my day to day business, I work as a litigant lawyer, draft contracts, counsel clients and provide legal opinions, work closely with regulatory bodies and courts, conduct legal research on cases, legislation, corporate disputes, intellectual property, and corporate issues and other kinds of literature to assist the litigant lawyers.
